We do not claim to have won anyone's rating. The VA decides ratings; an accredited VSO files the claim; a C&P examiner evaluates the condition. Our job ends at a well-prepared package and a warm handoff. When a veteran reports a good result, we're one part of a chain — and we say so.
We reconcile denials too, and a human reviews them before we ever call something a tool error — because a denial can reflect a missing record or a bad exam, not a bad map.
